RFQ #27-001 5-Year On-Call Construction Management Services. Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call construction management services for various facility improvement and construction projects. Services may include project management, construction inspection, field representation, cost estimating, and scheduling. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. Proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Wesley Brown, Procurement Officer, Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107. Proposals are due on or before November 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the Proposer unopened.
